Hello Irle students and parents!  I'm Mrs. Lawrence, the school counselor.  I am so lucky to get to work with such an amazing group of kids!  As a school counselor, I perform many roles in order to promote positive child development.

     *Individual Counseling

     *Small Group Counseling

     *Classroom guidance lessons

     *Participate in intervention meetings such as IEPs, 504's, and Student Assistance Teams

     *Serve on the leadership team for MTSS

     *Organize and administer building testing

     *Provide consultation to parents, teachers, administrators, social workers, and students

     *Respond to school crisis or emergency situations

     *Direct parents and students to helpful community resources and information on a variety of issues
